i have an 89 engine for a/f but change mind love the older honda orange so my question is could i use 91 frame and put the older plastic on it with out two much trouble

if you mean 89 plastic on a 91 frame you will need a

89...subframe
89 seat
89 rubber air boot

I think you can use the same air box.

why would you want to go to the trubble?

in fact I have all that crap setting around here along with a bunch of plastics for an 89
