Anyone use one and which one do you use? Can big boys wear them?

I use the $395 one. It's difficult to give it a review, because once in place you never know it is there and I have not had the kind of spill where I can say it has been put to the test. I don't see why big guys can't use the standard adult size, you'd have to have a really large neck to have problems.

Get it adjusted without your chest protector. Then when you want to use both, take the Leatt apart and slip it inside the chest protector. Then but both items on together and get them settled on your shoulders, then have someone help you latch the Leatt and do up the chest strap at the back.

I needed no mods to a HRP Flak Jak to get it to work with the Leatt.

Yeah I saw that EVS one but I don't know about it. I think I will stick with the Leatt.

I got to wear my Leatt with the HRP Flak Jak this weekend and it feels really good. The only thing that's harder to really do is look down at your bike and look behind you. Other then that you barely notice it's there.

Maverick and I just picked up a couple and after messing with it for 30 min. we got all the adjustments right to fit our full figures. not to bad of a fit, looking down is going to take a bit of an adjustment but it wont be too bad.

What are we talking about when we say "big boy" or "full figures"? I'm around 250-260 at 5' 11" and short necked. Anyone around those numbers wearing them?

Well, that's frickin' sweet then. I always thought I was too neckless to use one. Thanks for the info bro!

they are worth the money my supervisors kid rides at a national level he had a massive accident mid last yr ,
his head compressed that much the brace broke his collar bone , still broke 4 vertibra and a fair few other knocks was in traction for a month
,he is up and walking now havent talked to them for a while but i belive he is riding again,
but they were told by doctors if he didnt have the brace on he would be a quad or dead!!
i was told at the dealers that the only difference in the club and sport brace is weight 80grms !!

I had nasty crash back in November. Busted my helmet and my scapula.
Jacked my back and my neck big time.
Without the Leatt, I'd probably be breathing through a tube.
