Yup.... Friggin thing has a decomp, and if you read the instructions, you need to pull the decomp lever to use the E-Starter.

The BRP is easy to start when you know the drill. I've had a couple. The hardest part is having the energy to kick it after you've picked up the 300lb pig.
If if doesn't kill you, it hurts like hell.
