casting numbers for shock linkage

Post by AdmirableSoup »

Hey guys! I am try to rebuild a shock linkage assembly that has been apart for some time. I tried ordering a bearing set from pivot works based on the original frame model year, long story short the bearing don't fit. I have now idea what year this assembly is. Does anyone have a cross reference to the casting marks? My Shock arm sub assembly and shock arm rod sub assembly are marked with a "KZ3". Anyone know what year that marking identifies?

Any help would be much appreciated! :D

That should help for future reference. KZ3 was the casting mark on the 95+ "arm rod sub assembly" and the 96+ "shock arm sub assembly."
