Pork rinds ( known as pork scratchings in the UK )

I use an orion cooker most use a smoker though. I get pork butt and marinate it in either some kind of citus juice or cider vinigar overnight. I apply a rub an hour before cooking. The orion takes about 4 hours to smoke it depending on the meat. I use hickory for the smoke. When it's done I let it sit for about a half hour then I pull it apart and suace it. Then everyone eats! I don't have any pics but here is a link with some from the orion forum
