RICE WITH BONE CHICKEN LEG AND GAZPACHO:

This is one of my favourite dishes gives you a lot of carbohydrates, some protein and low fat,i begin with the "gazpacho" is a tomato soup must be served cold, ingredients:
-6 tomatoes
-2green peppers
-1red pepper
-1 cucumber
-1/2 onion
-1 clove of garlic
-salt,extra olive oil and vinegar (all mixed just like a soup))

and the rice with chicken:

-extra olive oil
-rice
-spice for beef
-saffron
-a cube for soup
-boned chicken leg
-lemon

for one cup of rice ,two and half of water in a fry pan

this meal is really healthy and at the same time could make you feel full
it depends of the portions, the extra olive oil is "Arbequina" a variety of olive oil, there's a lot:picual,hojiblanca,manzanilla,verdial,empeltre... all of they with different tastes,if you can have this meal with a good red wine it could be perfect here a "rioja" is good, there ...a good red from napa valley .......        [/img]

The gazpacho I used to have as a kid was green, and I loved it. As for real barbeque, give me a pulled pork bbq sandwhich and I'm in heaven.

Maybe, but it doesn't taste like that. Alot of people think barbeque is any meat cooked on a grill, that's wrong. Real barbeque is meat cooked for like 24 hours and it just falls apart and looks like the meat on that sandwhich.
