I got my spare 500 rear wheel wednesday night, fixed a bearing problem, messed with spacing it on the 03s extentions and making bushings. Instead of running the 19" with a millville i ran a teraflex and took a guess that i could get away with 14/51 sprockets, i should have been 53 rear, buy anyways.
I had a decent run going, then spit the chain off just before this little ledge and well, the gopro'll show the rest

it looks pretty lame compared to how i remembered it, hahaha
I'd gave it a good yank to try and lift it when it didnt on its own, pecs were hurtin a bit yesterday just reachin for the phone.
I knew the chain went and was just hoping i got a graceful dismount before it piled up on the wheel to send it over backwards

I also have to mention that there was only 1 bike in the event that was not extended, an '09 KTM450 ridden by the lil cuz to a 3rd place finish in the 450 class, which also got him into the exhibition hill for next years climb, i think they took the top 20 or something.

Go Tera Flex!

I love Tera Flex.
My poor 500 is sitting with a 14/50 combo right now cause I can't afford to buy it a proper sprocket.

I was thinking more around the lines of a 14/52 for it. :-)
98 Cr 500 Steelie, 08 KTM 300
Both sporting Tera Flex 150x90x18 tires.

Is it me, or do the 450's not do too well?
The CR500 is an acquired taste. If you don't like it, acquire some taste...
