Croom Florida February 26th Shakedown.

Post by reef »

Every evening the last 2 weeks I've been working on the bike.

I finally decided to take her out for a shakedown ride.

Stopping for some Hot Cakes before hitting the trails.

I'm just getting back on my feet after breaking my lower back. It was nice to get back out in the woods, and to finally burn some premix.

The AFC did great back on the trails. I replaced all the oil seals last week, and pulled the left side crankcase. Minus a couple of slow leaks the bike did GREAT. I was surprised how well the bike did on the single track stuff.

All in all is was a very successful day. The bike did better than I did.

Soon to come the next evolution.

I see your in Mt.Airy. We used to make that a good stopping point after riding the BRP from mile 1 in Afton. That's a very scenic town. I miss the mountains. One day maybe we will move back North.
