Find the wright size Allen bolt to fit the threads in the frame and length, chuck the Shoulder bolt in a lathe and drill it out to fit the Allen bolt!!!

I got a pro-x in 2 of my trail bikes with a stock port with, and a stock PJ and it idles all day long, now I'm not saying the piston is not the problem but I would switich out carbs before a piston?????

for anyone that cares, the 250 clutch rod is 7mm shorter than the 500 one Was at the end of my adjustment on my hillclimber I figured it was time for a new clutch,pulled it out thing looked like new ????? Did you try putting the pj back on to eliminate the pwk seems like everything you did to the carb didn't make a difference, what about a vacuum leak, it could also be possible that when they assembled the carb the o-ring in the jet block got buggered up
