The rubber inserts come on both OEM and FMF silencers.

Here ya go: 18334-KA3-830

$10 on eBay

And I'd take $60/shipped for the shock. As far as the differences go, I believe it will fit. If ya want, remove it and measure it up to confirm.

Well I can tell you for certain that this doesn't belong: https://bannedcr500riders.com/images/auto/25e0d9e0688ca95e880b2b368a5aa200.jpg You need the rubber bushings with the alum guides in the center like this. And I just realized that mine are on backwards. The Alum bushings belong on the other si...

04 CR250 Motor

I have a complete 04 CR250 motor out of my kids Gen3 that he swapped for my 01 motor. Ran fine when pulled. Has exhaust spacer and VF3 reeds. $500 including electrics. https://bannedcr500riders.com/images/auto/2cb15141bd0929b1a391e08413c2e952.jpg https://bannedcr500riders.com/images/auto/3fa335ed43d...

The original CR450 - I see it has the freeflow exhaust mod. ;)

What I find interesting is that in 81, Honda already figured out proper rear suspension angle. Whereas Yamaha had it all wrong.

It'll make a nice runner when shes done.

There it is! I missed the old smack downs. LOL

Should be stated in the rules when people sign up that thick skin is required.

Otherwise it could be like the guy wearing a presidential mask during a rodeo getting banned incident. And we dont want any of that here. :x

Totally your preference on the trailer position, if camped at the water line, most use the rig as a wind break with the door facing away. Last time out I had mine with the back facing the ocean and opened the back door and used as a patio. Would be nice to camp about 20 feet above the high water wi...

What do you do to the markings and the original mounts on the back of the Y, grind them off?
Yep. Along with new cradle/mounts welded back in.

Hey Mik - So how does this motor run? I am debating on the same thing.

I came home and found that my kid did the same conversion. He managed to shoe-horn it in the stock mounts. Kicker hits the frame on full kick  And he spaced out the right rad temporarily. Did your 01 exhaust bolt right up?
