Larger case bushing for 1986 engine found
So I wanted to get some larger bushing to fit the 17 mm pivot bolt of the AF.Honda doesn,t sell the bushing themselves but Yamaha is so I ordered some from a YZ250 2001 (17mm pivot bolt). Part # 90387-1712Y-00 According to partzilla, these fit on: 1998 RACE KART - YZ125K-SK CRANKCASE-YZ125-SK 1998 R...

Actually it is to enlarge it. Is the OD of the earlier ones larger? I was debating on boring the bushing or the casing... Also, Yamaha is selling the bushing unlike Honda or the other make, I found that the pre-2001 YZ250 uses 17mm swingarm pivot bolt, but I don't know the other dimension on the bus...

Case bushing needed (1986)
Like title said, I need a case bushing where the swingarm goes. This is to fit in a 1986 case.
Thank you
Thank you

WTB rear fender Bailey edition CRF450 2005-08
Mine is half broke and holds with tie-wrap now
The rear fender sticker that came in the kit would be a + too. Would consider a complete or partial kit as long as it include a good rear fender.

Personally rather than weld the cases I'd get the steel bushing remade to make up the difference. Casings needs 2-3 other minor repair to be done so while it is at my welder shop I might just as well do it right. Not that your idea isn't correct, I also thought of just finding a swingarm spacer lon...

Need to know the width of a casing
I got a '86 engine but for some reason someone ground the rear of the left case where the swingarm bushing goes. The right case wasn't touched. So I need to know are the two halves should have the same width? If they are not the same, what is the OEM width of the left one? I want to make an aluminum...

CRF450 shock length?
Presently I have a 2002-3 CRF450 shock on my 2008 450. I didn't measured it yet but I read somewhere it is smaller than the 2008 one and I guess it is affecting my bike. I would like to know what year measure what lenght. So if someone has a shock laying around, can you measure it eye-to-eye in mm? ...
