Where do these hoses come from? I'm trying to figure out how to do mine (1986 engine in a 2006 CRF450 chassis).

I had to sent the cases to my machinist because I didn't have the right size tool to bore them out. I should get them back sometimes this week I hope.

Never got the engine, just a roller. And I believe the CRF bushing have a larger OD too so...

I ordered the Yamaha bushing to see, I'll post the result when I'll receive them.

Actually it is to enlarge it. Is the OD of the earlier ones larger? I was debating on boring the bushing or the casing... Also, Yamaha is selling the bushing unlike Honda or the other make, I found that the pre-2001 YZ250 uses 17mm swingarm pivot bolt, but I don't know the other dimension on the bus...

Like title said, I need a case bushing where the swingarm goes. This is to fit in a 1986 case.

Personally rather than weld the cases I'd get the steel bushing remade to make up the difference. Casings needs 2-3 other minor repair to be done so while it is at my welder shop I might just as well do it right. Not that your idea isn't correct, I also thought of just finding a swingarm spacer lon...

I got a '86 engine but for some reason someone ground the rear of the left case where the swingarm bushing goes. The right case wasn't touched. The dimension they tell aren't exact. If for exemple I put the 3.6" extension, well it is actually 3.624 on mine. So you would need to measure it before.

But it does work well for the price.

Presently I have a 2002-3 CRF450 shock on my 2008 450. I didn't measured it yet but I read somewhere it is smaller than the 2008 one and I guess it is affecting my bike. I would like to know what year measure what lenght. So if someone has a shock laying around, can you measure it eye-to-eye in mm? ...
