I used an 06 125 airbox with a 03 boot, no leaks like the 02-03 did and fit perfect. The 06 boot had a weird angle on it :wink:

Nitro = lots of work and maintenance. You'll get lots of power but is it worth the hassle? I believe Paul said you need 2 float bowls to do it, they get sucked dry. I am no expert on this put not many guys run nitro on the 500's. One of my friends finally got one to run and run well but lots of work...

Paid around $200 with shipping and I had the jets I needed BUT NEW NEW NEW and was exactly what I needed. Why "F" with used crap that you don't even know what you're getting. Also they have more!

The carb I got isn't a AS, just a standard 39mm. It's nice though. Last night I finished tinkering and ended up with 52 pilot, 1469 3rd, 178 main( could use more I believe) and a/s 1.25 out. started it with the jets it came with.... DGH needle in the 3rd, 60 pilot, 160 main Hard to start and wouldn't idle but didn't have high expectations on that set up. Put in a 1368 in the 3rd, 55 pilot and 178 main and started better but still is a little snappy, seems lean still. These are close to ...

Peterson has a good pattern for the tera flex, ask him. I believe he removes the 2 middle and skips the next row which makes a big "paddle". He doesn't cut any on the sides. I am sure he has a photo. A lot of guys just run the M5B uncut and have got good results. I've seen them on open bik...
