then if it dont smoke your good.... my 7.3 didnt smoke unless i loaded it up in 4th gear and rolled into it then i could fill a parking lot with black soot :D.. if im just driving and romping on it and not loading it up mine had a very very light grey smoke every once in a while and has a mild chip...

Geared right you can make up that diffrence and still have plenty of power with consistant shifts... to each thier own.. I loved the short ratio in mine and you got the wide gears you were after :P

i had the 41mm and loved it :D DGN 182 and 55 pilot needle was middle clip if i remember right.. even got the fker to idle too :P

guess at the next fill up ill dump one of my last 2 bottles of 927 in th e tank.. would be about 1/2 the ratio that andy stated so i should be safe :D Whats a little more smoke for the mexican thumpin his mariachi in a convertable :P

i actually enjoyed the close ratio in my bike in the dunes. 15/47 and i had no problem keeping up.. still had plenty of power left in the big bowls if i needed it as well. Worked good for hill shooting too since the gears are close there is no wait for it to build power again its pretty much right t...
