Have you still got the clutch basket or more precisely the ring gears the basket is attached to. The gears need to be in good order.

ran 15/40 at a recent desert race and nearly pooped my pants, really scared myself running 15/37 in practice and decided to tone it down and only ended up with 2 broken ribs that weekend :flip:
No problems running a 15 tooth front sprocket, poking around the the bush here i run 15/47.

exact same words i used a couple of weeks ago but mine turned out to be a ring letting go and fucking the bore, i've gone the vertex but had the piston ceramic coated and some really slippery shit put on the skirts this time just for giggles.
