Has anyone got any experience enlarging the OEM gasket to 91mm. I'm not sure how to go about it other than to order a cometic. I've been told cometic has larger ones. I own the OEM that came in the motor kit. I have a once used one that EG modded 4 me. I'm sure lewisclan will tell me to reuse it w/...

Last sunday I was looking at the wheels on my 94 next to my friends gen 3 conversion and the axle sizes were different. Not sure of both but at least 1 wheel was different.

I doubt if the axles are the same size but you could likely put the 94 rims on the 05 hubs. You would need new spokes for the 18" rear of course.
