90 or newer will be your best all around choice, no water pump issues with the larger clutch and you don't have to plumb the water to the cylinder odd.

I've seen that one before, go to all that trouble to make the custom pipes, why not lay it down horizontal so you could use it in something other than a boat? for that matter, with the snowmobile pipe tech, they could have cut the number of pipes in half, or just get rid of them and supercharge or t...

I'll reply but I'm no expert just what I understand from the sites: stock PJ38, I still run it but I run mainly dunes, I have no complaints but then again I am just in an ignorant bliss. 39.5 PKW, this is the carb that seems to be the best all around, Eric Gore claims it adds 3 HP to the top end and...

Hey Hey, welcome over, I have no idea what my bike runs at, it typically self adjusts the coolant level once filled, no over flow bottle but without a thermostat inline I would think cruising on flat ground is deffinatly going to be cooler than pulling a sand dune, if it all seems good I'd just keep...

I have not heard of that being done but sounds like a good idea, you should do a separate build thread just on that mod, make sure to add a link to your thread onto this one.
