without a dial gauge through the spark plug hole your chances of ever finding "true" TDC are slim to none Your so fuckin' stupid.... Take ANY OBJECT.... like a 14mm socket. Stick it on top of the piston and turn the motor clockwise until the socket is flush with the deck. Mark the degree ...

i didnt get a chance to get any pics, it is allready boxed up.. the cylinder didnt look to bad, the wristpin was stock in the piston pretty good, normal signs of over heating......

iv been busy with my drag bike, havnt even got a chance to send it out!

i highly doubt glenn did a bad bore job.... ill be calling him and sending it back to get re-worked... May even be parting the bike out for a rzr-s

i thought about changing outignitions but need toordr flywheel pullers....
i tried messing with my timing 10* for better starting but got nuthing.

think i should try a 48 roosty?
