you leaving the RTV on top of the cylinder? i didnt have time to clean it off lol. come to think of it, im not sure why i put it on there. never had a leak before with a dry gasket

i would slap it together the way it is, thats just me though. if you run a hone through it, dont get carried away. the wall clearance should be close to .003

you wont ever have a problem with oil holes cracking in the middle of the piston. the bottom of the intake side of the skirt is really the only place that would be suceptible to a crack. but ive never yet seen a forged piston crack

no numbers on paper= bull ship. every tom dick and harry would have this motor if it were real. 100lb of torque on the clutch would immediatly turn the cork/paper lining into a inferno fireball, kevlar plates might last another 7 seconds. doubt the rest of the bottom end would last much longer

better check what slide that thing has in it. 6.0 is the slide you want. depending where the sled was originally from, good chance it was tuned for fairly high elevations and i doubt it has that slide. you might get lucky though
