CR250 cable exposed length is differnt by about .38"
that would be well within the adjustment range....
CR250 cable housing is 2" longer than a steely cable, 45" vs 43"
then it will probably fit perfect, unless you have quad bars on your bike

canadian enduro

it sounds like crap cause i totaled the pipe, it has a hole in it and isnt sitting square on the manifold, o and its pretty much squashed flat  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6KJCnujUQk that was day 2 of the CEC, 6 hours of seat time the day before, and 6 hours the second day, needless to say...

seat time , conditioning and Boingers do more than EVERY other mod put together, times 10. just finished the first day of the CEC enduro, 100 miles 6 hours , and got to do it all over again tomorrow (but on a blown out course) a revalve and better endurance would put me on the podium.... i like my ...

Dont run too much coolant!! 75% water, 25% coolant works best. that will run the coolest, but in the slow trails i suspect the weak link is the radiators ability to transfer heat to the air.... so you want 60 antifreeze/ 40 water, it will run hotter but it wont boil quite as fast 2.0 bar CV4 cap ma...

chain torque

http://www.tootechracing.com/Engine%20torque%20-%20Suspension.htm did some math and figured out that 15/49 has 20% less stiffening of the suspension from chain torque than 13/49 needless to say my next sprocket combo will be geared high, hopefully i can notice a difference did a bunch more math and ...

Anyway, I experienced horrible jetting issue. At Low RPM, the engine stopped like if I had no more ignition. if it happens when you open the throttle suddenly from low rpm then its probably too lean on the pilot/AS before messing with anything buy a new needle and seat, 500s wear them out fast (and...

i used to be all about the high revving powerband for everything, but on a 500 for woods you will be much better off leaving it stock, or if anything lowering the ports if you actually ride woods then you need to be able to do a 40-50 mile loop, low revving=good mileage i think the biggest drawback ...
