i like to set mine by going thru some tight trail and get the water temp close to boiling over, then pin it up a decent sized hill and lean it out till it surges I am sure a twist of the screw would help, but I would have to stop, that doesn't happen much adjusting the zip ty is like drinking from a...

why not put the newer side case and clutch cover on, that way when the clutch goes you can upgrade to the good clutch sounds like a lot of effort for making an expensive part that is outperformed by a cheaper better part theres probably a few things that you could make that would be useful and not a...

i run the 1999 ignition, i hear all the digital behave almost the same

the porting isnt cheap, but i figure its well worth it if you will take your 500 to the grave, like me

keep in mind roostys porting isnt just a little grinding in the ports, its pretty extensive

3. Check airbox fitment. Close is ok. Pipe fitment is more important. i think its easier to weld the pipe (or silencer) than try and screw around with an airboot that dosent fit id try and trade the YZ for a blown up 4 stroke, i think most 4 strokes have big enough engines to fit the 500 in without...
