Pilot too big IMO. If you got your carb new, the guys jet them very fat so it's you that blows your bike up jetting the carb. My carb came setup for me by a site vendor but was drastically fat. all of the 41s ive got have low slows like 48s and I run at 2500 ft to sea level my mind is telling me check the timeing..... i cant see why it would be so far off on jetting.. i would think a #50 would be perfect. im thinking a air leak somewhere but everything is sealed good... first thing tonigh...

So got the cr500 back together and i cant get it to start.
If i pull start it, it starts right up! Im getting good solid kicks in and get nothing...

it doesnt idle well, idle screw is very far in!

suit yourself brotha but i can asure you ill get alot more than 5.5 with that cpi on my AF. no doubt.... post your results... ill be hitting the dyno within a week! we leave the 26th... was that a std power rating? you need to set the smoothing to 5 so those graphs are easily compared and readings look better! have any pictures of the AF curves?
