The guy should do some research on putting the 500 into a quad. It's been done before and everyone knows the 500 will crack a stock frame to pieces. He should have just got rubber bushings for the engine mounts and he would be done.

There is always debate over what is better. People who run a properly seasoned and warmed up Wiseco love them. People that have them get stuck in the cylinder hate them. Personally the only advantage of the Wiseco is it's ability to withstand the extremes of running your cr500 on Alky. For any other...

I had a new old style Wiseco, it had the sides cut out like that prox, and it didn't have any cast lines or crud still inside it. Sold that puppy for a premium to some sucker. My Vertex looks like new right now and the cylinder is still perfect. I hammer that thing in the dunes and when I ...

That's true but putting a couple grand into a fity is insane by my standards. I've wanted an 80 as an adult for years. I remember when I was just getting into 125's when I saw Bob Hannah riding an 80 and he was kicking ass on it! Not by todays standards but he did stuff on an 80 that nobody thought ...

Re: HID

People going the other way, won't. You won't like me if your lights blind me, I have some off road lights that I switch on every Escalade, BMW, converted chebby pick ups, whatever it is that comes at me with those blue looking unfocused lights everyone of them has these days. I blind the shit of of...

I did some research and found this. FMF had a copywrite infringment with it's names so they changed them. Burly became Gnarly and Fatboy became Fatty. Something to do with Harley owning "fatboy" and Burly being a product by someone else.

Cepeks mail order parts distribution

:D Just kidding, he doesn't make a living selling hoons parts at wholesale prices. But, he did help me get a deal on a shock spring, and in between custody battles and people peeing on his front porch, he does people favors, what a guy! :D

I looked online and found a guy that sells original Keihin jets. They want 3.95 each. I didn't have to buy 4 of each size, they sell them in any quantity from 1 up to whatever. They have no minimum, if you buy 1 jet, shipping is 1.95. I bought 5 main jets and payed 5 bucks for shipping. I didn't hav...

Nope, you have to order some minimum, ok, no biggie I got a tub of Mothers polish and an inflated priced can of fil...

That's the great thing about the internet, you can find groups like this one that are all into the same thing. Thn you search the adds for deals and build your projects. My latest buy was a diesel truck and on a local board I have got all my accesories from the guys used, I love that.
