I'm intrested of these big bore kits. I have plans of building a big power engine for my iceracing season here in Sweden. are the kits ready for sale complete with all that's needed? What carb is recommended to use for this package, and what power can i count on to achieve with the right pipe?

Just a thought: Has anyone tried to fit cooling fan on one ofthe radiators, just like KTM has? Wouldn't that be good for you guys who lives in those warm areas?

Ah. ok! Something to think about when it's time for a change next time:=).

We dynoe'd a stock 1991 with street tire and it gave 48 hp at the wheel. Mine gave 63 at the wheel, 1999 model, same engine but some work done to it of course.

Looks nice! What's the benefit with this clutch compared to a Barnett carbon?

You will be much happier with the DGM/DGN or CGM/CGN needles. The base diameter of the standard needle is made to be able to work in very cold conditions to avoid engine seizure. This is how my thermostats are mounted. One on each side. KTM 2-stroke from around year 2000. Works perfect. I have been iceracing the whole winter and now i use my 500 on the streets.

Nice:=)! Glad you start to get everything sorted! I use the DGM myself now. Sealevel and around 10-15 degrees celsius, 180 main, Zip-Ty airscrew, nr6 slide
