Thanks Roostius_Maximums for the parts bike link but I just need a new seat cover stickers some replacement rubber, cables, odds and ends . lot clean up repaint it and it ready to put back together. This is a fun bike I most will keep it for a little bit then sell it then start anouther bike project...

It not that bad seat seat foam some cables. paint and some TLC it has a new complete motor sitting in a box ready to drop in.

The bike has the stock tires and grips every thing is still stock 1974 stuff.

I purchased a Aluminm Exhuast Flange with 3 O-Ring set up. Finnaly got around to installing ran the bike with the new high tech Aluminm Exhaust flange for 3 or 4 hour run time on it. Motoxoutlet thats where I got mine rivet type best chain for the money.

I had one on my last CR it lasted for 9 years and I sold the bike with the same chain on it.

My KTM had a RK I thought it was junk.

I only will use steel ones.

If the sprokets go bad makes you'r chain bad also put new sprokets on with a bad chain you new shiney sprocket are not going to last very long go both way new chain bad sprockets.

Change them in sets.

Steel sprokets are cheep and last much longer than Aluminum ever will.

You'r CDI or plusar pickup could be going bad My old KTM did that it drove me nuts trying to track it down once I replaced the CDI and Pulsar coil fix it.
