Drilled 3/8" holes for plug welds and assembled the Y w/extensions and 3/4" inserts. Once I cut some relief at the 1" tubing/OE cradle junction this part will be ready for the welder. :D

Got a little more done today. Cut the 1" tubing, 3/4" inner bar to 3" and dry fit the Y and tubing to make sure I had the angle correct.

Yeah, unfortunately, I don't have those yet so I just have to estimate for now. I doubt that it's high enough to contact the radiators but can be raised if need be.
