The 05+ Cr250 year range you should be looking for. 02-04 have many subtle differences that make the 05+ better... Everything from chassis bits as small as a wider rear shock bottom bearing, to completely different cylinder and top end and different crank (no tin cans). 02,03,04 all have different c...

I used all OEM bolts and nuts, and tightened and loctite and have been happy, if I were showing any issue of vibe/loosening I would match drill/etc, although trying to find quality hardware that is properly sized is a helluva time. I played with Honda part#s until I found OEM motor mount bolts in pr...

You need to change your eBay history search parameters, supposedly it is now going to have all purchase history indefinitely available, just need to expand the date range when searching.

Can you put up some pics of the billet Y?

I'd love to see that Y used on a 250 gen3 just to see what it would work as.

Should be a nice build!

You may discover while the flywheel weight works for smoothing the power, it hurts the turning, taking my 1lb weight off made the bike feel like it lost 15lbs from the front axle when turning. Giver a try. The reason the plug stopped snapped was likely due to the 500 angled plug, on my 250 it's stra...

Which billet Y ?

Jercs?

If you have the new Y you need to eyeball and then nibble away to fit, if you don't have the Y, I'd say cut there to start and no higher until you have the Y to go off of.

I've owned and raced gen 1 2 and 3 250s The gen1 I loved, absolutely loved.... It was stiff yes, but always went where you steered it, and was an awesome ice racing bike.... Held a line inside of everything (had a WER steering damper for ice) Gen2 I raced enduros on for 5-6 years I think.... It was ...

Top notch eBay seller for magura kits is KingAir2000

He'll swap for the long or short levers on request, also has the blood at the best price I've seen,

I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I love my gen3 250 conversion, but I would really love to try out a gen3 125 conversion, just how nimble and quick turning the 125 chassis is it would be awesome in tight trails. Likely a little sketchy at speed tho

Ive never ridden anything with one, but would love to try, just to try it! In my mind it'll be like riding with a clutch that is just slightly starting to slip. I rode the second day of a two day endure with a weak clutch on my 250... Since it would slip when revved I didn't have to touch the lever ...
