I don't like that they end up so wide from face to face that you can't fit an oem bolt in them.
I waterjet generic mounts now for this reason, not aware of anyone still fabricating the shaman style mount. I'm sure there is a drawing file of it here somewhere yet.

Nobody has. I've done them by extending the rails with billet so the Y can be raised. Have a mps frame I'm fixing with my own billet Y, special stuff haha

If trackframe shocks last like my old skidoo mach-1 stuff i had you'll bugger up the best ones as quick as the cheap ones. Just have a spare.

The 41 is a molested bore 39, not an option. Airstriker flows higher velocity and the same cfm as a 41 Gnarly is very close to a Fatty with less topend, I'll always choose a fatty, even for singletrack. Coolhead, not worth it. Fmf used to package a jet chart with their fatty that said

Hard to tell really. The intake side has the ceilings of the aux ports tapered up which I don't like. The angle from the walls to the piston are done well. Exhaust side is sketchy

I go .018" on the skinny side for standard setups
bridgeless cylinders i go .022
have run them up to .026 or .028", i forget, made no difference really
