Kickstart looks to be a problem

I am in the middle of a conversion Just not aluminum It's a 92 KX500 in a 04 KX250F

What I did'nt think is, where is that going to fit?

Well I allready haVE a 500 in an CRF250 chasis. Just thought it would be cool to have the 6spd, lighting coil, and power valved stroker 410. The power would be alot different than the 500. I think?

I just welded a nice bead around the stock flange then ground it down so the pipe fits tight. It's been on there for atleast 50hrs. ride time. No leaks. Seems to be best for me.

I think I just answered my own question. It looks like the swing arm pivot mount on the CR engine is way different on the trx. Therefore the engine would not work unless some exteame changes were made to the way it mounts.... Posible.... Mabey?

I just siezed the 250. I have a chance to buy this stroker engine out of a TRX250R for cheap. I figured that it would be a worthy swap into the CR chasis. Would also have a lighting coil. I guess I am asking if anyone has tried the swap into a two wheeler? Can the forward kicker be converted to rear...
