Thanks! yes, when i talked to Darko who owns the dyno, he explained about the differences by just changing tire pressures. It made a big difference on the power on the wheel if pressure is too low for example. it was intresting to see the improvement when we changed the pipe, around 3,5 bhp up with ...

Hello! here in Sweden we also use MF44 outlaw screws. I use the Dunlop 739 tyres and stud them myself and i use a street tire as tireliner on the inside. I will use my 500 on the ice this year if it will freeze. To get the right engine temp i will use 2 KTM 2-stroke thermostats. Very small and fits ...

good info which dynoport did you use? and how big is the dynoport pipe? does it stick out making it more likely to get smashed? I use the handbuilt MT Big volume pipe with silencer and Ceramic coating. The pipe has a perfect fit and very nice welds. Even a stabilising plate at the header pipe is we...

nice work  . can you explain about the rear wheel setup ? The rear wheel is actually for a Yamaha 2000-2001 model, but the guy i bought the wheels from had them on a Honda CRF 450, and before that a KTM. They also fit perfect on my Husky 300. The only thing i change is spacers and i add a 5mm...

Very good numbers Johnny!! The gain with the Dynoport pipe is evident. I am surprised about the fact that the Dynoport gave the power earlier than the PC. Hello Cholo! Thanks! yes, i'm surprised about the pipe too. I was out a moment ago and tried it with the Dynoport pipe, and it's soo strong! tal...

Hi guys! Today i've been down to a friend of mine to get my homeported 500 dynotested. I didn't really know what to expect, but everything worked out as it should. We did 3x3 pulls and this was done on a rolling road dyno, so we measured at the rear wheel with supermoto tyres. I have a PC pipe on it...

Which 250 CDI fits my 500, and what is the benefit?
Hello guys. I will go to the dyno on Saturday and i've heard that the fitting of a 250 CDI could improve the powerband on the 500's. So, does anyone know which model that is the best to use? My plan is to get that CDI before saturday.

that particular bike had an '86 motor and the 86 ignition was unique to the '86 500, '86-'88 250 and '86-'89 125. for that oneI just installed a '87 cr250 stator. for newer model bikes, most people have been installing the entire cr250 ignition which includes a lighter and smaller flywheel. the lat...

Dynotime Saturday 7 Januari
Well, time is booked for dynotuning and testing on Saturday! Very intresting! We will try different needles and jets in the PWK. We will also try both the ProCircuit system that is on my bike at the moment, and also the Dynoport system that i have laying here. I will run it with my SuperMoto wheels ...

Great looking pipe and great looking bike!! The exhaust is very fat like the CPI, but the diffuser and cone angles looks softer. Probably this exhaust give a wider power range. How is it comparing to the PC? yes, you're right. This pipe should not be as hard hitting as the CPI. I haven't tried the ...
