i have always used the stock 250R 2 stroke rads in my CR250R builds...... just relocate a spigot on the right side and tweak the center ports at the bottom with a socket and an extension

you cannot expect your motor to last if youre gonna hold it in one throttle position at 80 ish for long periods...... something about the old baja 1000 guys holding down the kill switch for little blips here and there for a "quench" of fuel or whatever..... or running the choke for brief p...

i flipped the motor sprocket around so you can gain a 1/16th inch, we do it all the time for a 5" rear tire for supermoto so dont overthink it....then i think i sanded a little off of one side of the swingarm spacers and then just made a shim for the now "shorter" Other side spacer so...
