Just thought I would give an update!!
I have been fighting this problem for a long time now. I have put a pingle fuel valve on and still the same problem.
The fix, modified fuel cap breather. No more problems.

Thanks, I was looking at some DNA wheels and I'm sure that the wheels are the later ones that have the bigger axle, bearings and different wheel spacing. I am not sure of the different gens and years. I wish that someone could tell me exactly what I would need to do so I wouldn't have to waste money...

Thanks glen, I understand when you build a 4 stroke engine with a high lift long duration cam that at low rpm the engine is less efficiant, but as higher rpm's come the engine becomes more efficiant than the smaller cam engine, thats why it builds more power.
