Mine is a bit of a rush job and I want to replace it. If anybody has some or is going to make some for crf450 Gen III Please let me ...

Finally took the big girl out for a spin at the local motocross track. Bike went really well, i didnt really open it up but I could tell that I could ride the bike alot quicker with a bit of practice. The engine didnt really scare me even with my gearing. Really useable power, all the way around. I ...

You can ...

Mate for about 6k i made a Gen III 500. Thats with paying too much for the rolling chassis from MPS in the states (should have just done it myself but didnt have the time). Buy a 500, sell the frame (i got over 2K just for the rolling frame) then keep an eye out for a crfx450. If you really want one ...

Just finished re-lacing the wheels. I had the rims anodised and the hubs powdercoated. Wasnt that hard to re-lace either. Just took my time and everything lined up. Took a while to get it to run true.
Exhaust system in place now, but had to re-weld some brackets as typically for my MPS frame, they ...

Just put some time in on the bike in the shed. Took some time to locate a die grinder. One of the welds was stopping the motor from sitting in properly. Once I shaved the weld ever so slightly the motor sat in nicely.

Im pretty keen to get a standard pipe, being in australia I think it will be easier for me in the long run to stay with the non service honda pipe. Im pretty keen on having the quietest muffler available. Pretty sick of these bastard loud four bangers, i want to prove that you can have style, power ...
