Has worked for me over the last 20 years or so. No cold seizures or cooked motors, just need to make...

The Rad gaurd is not so important with road racing and also found on the old one that with all the vibration, it tended to rub on the radiator it self! Just got back from it's first race meet with mixed results. Found that I ...

When I said I don't use it, that sale point did go through my head, so I'll have a think about it, but I'm generally a bit of a hoarder and don't let go of much (Need a bigger shed!) but will let you know if I do want to sell it. Mean while I'll keep a look out for brake bits for ya. Don't get conne...

Keeping costs down, now that I understand! Just keep checking Ebay for a yamaha super motard brake set up and sooner or later they show up for not a bad dollar. I also bought a 2 piston Braking caliper and radial mount master cylinder with braided line for $160 (Cheap!) only thing is that the ...

No need to on the Gen 1 if you're using a Yamaha caliper as the mounting holes are the same! Just had to machine the disk down 5mm off the total Circumfrence because it was touching the back of the caliper but all is good now! You will probably need some spacers to space caliper from the for...

. . . .and a 610TE Husky lurking in the background as well . Good man ! Just replaced my 510TE with a 570 'Berg, and miss the Husky handling already. Nice looking AF too. I road raced a steelie in the 80's (before anyone had even seen a motard, so it was a bit of a novelty) and loved it ! The big b...

Went for the 99 as I have read they have a stiff chassis and that will suit the road racing I wish to do with it. Been se...
