is 63cc stock or the high compression dome? I have a high compression dome but it has been drilled and tapped for a compression release. not a starting one a flattrack style compression release same size as spark plug.

94 cr 500 setup for flattrack everything is fresh and bike is very fast. second place last year in district 17 40+ eric gore cyl. vortex piston trued and welded crank pro design cool head mx tech suspension excell wheels all new cables everybearing new. cr 250 ign. $ 2000 o.b.o

i just push the ring in the bore with the piston that makes it sqaure

back when pro flattrackers rode yamaha 360's some of the better motor builders would cut 125thoundths off the outer face of each crank wheel and then screw a magnisuim plate on to fill crankcase volume.

hogwash piston swelling will cause siezure that is why forged piston needs more clearance than cast. if you have a new cyl. and new piston of the nearly the same size piston will slide through dry but if you oil the cyl. wont firt no more you need clearance for the oil.
