Very cool  X2 Did you part out the 96? I am not sure exactly what you mean BUT that is the 96! The only part sold (actually traded) was the e-line lighting coil. Mike at Team Trubble sent me a basically new FMF gnarly pipe, FMF power core silencer, and a OEM stator cover (to replace the e-lin...

For those who may want to know what it cost me in parts only (includes the OEM service manual) down below is a complete list including a grand total at the bottom. The pictures I have taken do not do the bike justice in my opinion as the thing looks (aside from the original tank) like new! I went th...

Nice job Richard! I would like to thank Mike publicly for making a trade that I swear was WAY more in my favor than his. The pipe, silencer, and stator cover are all parts that Mike sent me........thanks again Mike!!!! Definitely a stand up guy, and I will pass business on to you whenever I can. Ri...

New Pro wheel rim, and Maxxis Desert IT tire. This was the first time I had ever laced up a MC wheel (I used to build MTB, and road bike wheels for a living), and although it took a bit of time it was easier to lace up & true compared to all of the bicycle wheels I have done! I also would have l...

Suspension due for an oil change, and new fork seals/oil in the front.

For anybody who is curious changing the oil in the rear shock is VERY easy. Main thing is having the nitrogen tank & reg (+-200ish)

2005-2008 CRF450 IMS oversize tank for that AF project!!!

2005-2008 CRF450 IMS oversize tank natural color for sale $100 plus shipping $10-15 I would imagine. Or I would like to trade for a used PWK carb in good shape. The tank has the the cap & is in good shape. It does not have a fuel petcock as you must use your own. Any questions just ask. Richard ...

Bob, I dig the Vandals but I can't say that I have ever heard that song. I even asked my wife (she's a fan too), and she had no idea also. Weird as I know virtually all those small towns in that song! One is so remote (Cedarville) that you have to go way, way, way off the beaten path to get there. R...

Ah I think we are close! So you are saying that if the gasket is sitting on the cylinder, and I am looking at it from the side it will look like this ^ . It would be a peak rather than a valley. Sound right!?

Head gasket Q

Damn I searched around hoping I could find a picture of an OEM head gasket (92-01) so that I WOULD NOT have to ask this question. Anyhow I did not find a picture so here goes the question. My new head gasket does not have the "UP" mark on it, and I cannot remember which way it goes. Can so...

The OEM piston I was referring to was the one that was in the bike when I got it (that was the one with .0045 piston clearance)! After ordering a new one (prox std size), and it had similar clearance (but I was thinking .008 not .004) I freaked, and sent it out to Glen. Since it went to Glen I figur...
