I have always had Toyotas. I built this Tacoma back in 02 but sold it when my wife got pregnant. I sure miss it. I did the SAS, supercharger, 5 spd. swap.......... Nice. I am a big fan of toyotas. Last year I had to let go of my toy. 90 2dr 4runner. SAS, elocker, 37's, dual cases. It was fun while it lasted but it became to expensive for me to keep up with it. As Bob has stated, all you need is a hacksaw, drill, vise and files - or words to the effect - as well as a welder. More / better tooling makes it easier, but it's basic fabrication, at the most. Should just build your own AR's from 80% lowers. It is real easy. No numbers and nothing to register. Do a search on 80% AR.
There are guys on craigslist offering parts, instruction, and use of their mills. I recommend doing it that way. That way nobody has to know that you even have one.
