I agree, but in my experience, if you don't use it, the seal and spacer flop out when you try to mount the wheel. :lol: They should call it the seal and spacer holding do hicky.

well, it looks bad, but that shit happens all the time. Babies are born every day with all kinds of fawked up deformations. It won't live long, but I do think it is suffering, the humane thing would be to uthanize it.
