Fuel Tank Plastic Polypropylene?
Is it made from Polypropylene, or Polyethylene? Has anyone successfully glued one? I was modifying mine with a vacuum and a heat gun, but used too much heat gun. I should of heated a larger area.

i'll make u an extra sweet deal on this oem one Is that your friend's new OEM tank you are talking about? I just bought a Clarke oversize that came off a Service Honda. It didn't come with a petcock. It looks like a CRF250X tank to me. I wouldn't mind having an OEM R tank also. Here is the eBay lin...

CRF250 Petcock or Complete Tank
I need the valve and the part that bolts to the tank. I don't think it matters if they are from an R or X. I'm pretty sure the bolt pattern is the same. I would take a complete tank if it's cheap enough.

What year bike are you doing? I started with an 09 airbox, but it's pretty small. I ended up getting the whole rear end from a 04-05 model and getting a CRF250X airbox. 98 CR250 is one of the air boots that will work. Engine spacers work from the 04 CR125, 54 and 59mm. I believe one of your spacers ...

07 CRF250R Conversion
I got my frame a couple of weeks ago, and it's welded up right now. The only thing that I did different than anyone else is I bent the lower cradle to make more room for the front motor mounts. I should of tilted the motor a little more. I still might make new rear engine bushings with offset holes,...
