I like how they race other 4 strokes, not a PWK equipped 500. I doesnt look any faster than a carb equipped bike. Time will tell. To behonest it doesnt bother me running a carb, they are tried and tested. What i like about this EFI even though there is still probably alot of of work to do, is the f...

Mine went about 6mm in the center over 55-65mm length. So the taper is ever so slight and barely noticeable unless your looking for it. But as Bob says, you can redo the cradel. So if you salavage the mounts wheres the harm in trying. If it dont work out do it another way with very little financial ...

Donny, the way I did mine was a 125. They are cheaper. Get a cheap 250 frame off eBay and swap it all over. Also you will sell a 125 engine very easily to the kart guys. Personally your steelie looks pretty good, if it were me I'd source a second engine for the conversion. Mind you it don't bother m...

i went with a dunlop 756 with a neutech tubliss. Jury is out on the tubliss still, i like very low pressures and this combo is not low enough i think mainly too much side wall strength. with ZERO psi reading albiet with guage readings that actual work maybe 3 to 4 psi at a quess. 6 to 8 would be ide...

Thanks for the input Cmoto nice to know its not just me. Mine is a 94 motor and i'm gonna look around on ebay to compare 500 stators and maybe if they look the same as my 94 250 stator then maybe that year 500 cdi will work with the 250 setup. there is a huge Ohm difference between the 94' 250/500 ...

I finally got a good ride in on my AF, firstly i must say it was fucking awesome in the ST. Much better than i expected especially turning. Saying that, i was seriously under sprung, in the tight ST wasnt overly bad but when trying to push and a bit of speed it beat the shit out of me.. When you guy...
