the whole assembly must be balanced. meaning using the same piston you will be running. otherwise the tests and balancing will be worthless. No. Testing in the first movie was done with the complete piston weight to get a feel for how much it is vibrating, but the static balancing was not done with...

wheel = 124.8 mm

width = 196 mm (measured by freehand, don't have a caliper that big)

I'm doing it for less vibrations as I'm in the middle of balancing my crank and I think it was mick who had a piston that weighted 267 grams, which I believe was an older ProLite.

Billy won the British championship in MX1 this weekend and went out on a CR500 in the second heat. He dnf:ed because the engine came loose.

I couldnt get mine off if I tried, its fukin welded on. I never take my watch or ring off. On another note did you know there are three rings in every marrage? 1. The engagement ring 2. The wedding ring and then... 3. The suffering :wink: :lol: I guess it's the suffering that is welded on. :)
