Be careful when you get close to 91- my piston was fine but after a couple of years both sides of the cylinder were cracked.

There's a reason Honda only sold up to a 1mm overbore.

Doing the cradle replacement is easier than it looks- we did one with a harbor freight tubing bender and a hot plate and it looks great.

The 85 ignition has aluminum connectors- I gave up trying to get it to work and upgraded to a 250 ignition

Good to know- i also goop my bolts with enough 'right stuff' that you have to hammer them out when you disassemble the bike.
I think it makes a difference.

Looks good but I am not crazy about your bolt selection though, at least from what I see on the headstay- if that is threads all the way through on you are asking for trouble. Using bolts with a shoulder wide enough to fill the hole (not sure the technical term) is critical to avoid cracking. What b...

You need a bigger ring gap with high compression too, at least according to vertex manual.
