I think you can use a cr125 lighting stator with cr250 flywheel and CDI. Then you won't have to machine the stator backing plate. That's how I'm trying to do mine, but I'm still figuring out the battery setup.

It strikes me as odd that with the high value of these gears nobody is currently making them. How difficult could it possibly be make a run of custom gears in a proper shop.... Or is it a copyright issue?

I need the brackets, and rubber bushings that support the silencer, and expansion chamber. If anyone has them they are willing to sell, let me know.

I need a stock basket from a cr250 with the small gear in good condition for a Barnett basket I plan to install in my 500. Or just the kick start gear.
