Best place for crank work

How important is it to have these balanced? If it is, where is the recomended establishment to have this done? I have always done the redneck "toss er in the bearing press, eyeball it and thats good enough". But now I am wondering if getting this thing balanced will assist in vib reduction...

No shit?? Doesnt look like it would do much decompressing!! I gotta agree, it looks like some kind of fuk up to me. LOL   Here is a another fuk up, the exhaust valve doesn't fit in the port now!! http://inlinethumb49.webshots.com/20400/2032592470051373056S600x600Q85.jpg

How it works is that it is a straight shot right into the exhaust valve guide area that lets it bleed into the pipe. Some are funky shaped as they end up looking like a after thought by the factory. It is a non issue in reality. Like the pic of the "before" cyl is a different jug, the hole...

No shit?? Doesnt look like it would do much decompressing!! Yeah, for the big 1200 triple motors they don't amount to much. I "think" they help the average rider for the stock 800 twins. Regardess, we have plugged them before and didn't notice anything on the 12 hundy at all. Scallops do ...

Never run meth (just smoke it.....LOL J/K) All of my two stoke world has been in sleds. Multiple cyl's and differnet application of power. CVT transmissions allow you to load the motor hard all the way to peak HP. The port work is done by a close pal of mine. Doug Ruth. One of the Union Bay Racing g...

Well Dan, if Teem Trouble would take one of these sled jugs (85mm bore X 70 stroke) and copy the port design, merge it with the OE hundy, whip up a couple protos on his Mazak. I can have Doug Ruth clean up the ports like the one pictured. You know, Union Bay Racing in Seattle did billet cyls for sle...

Did a search but didn't come up with what I was looking for
Do any of you guys nicasil your jugs? Outside of the obvious, like cost and the advantages of plating, pros and cons?
Toying with plating mine. Tell me if I am off my rocker.

It is a simple operation, the spray goes through replaceable nozzles (number of holes dictate shot) and hits a arm that feeds the force through the needle used for adjusting inside the manifold and pushes this reflected pressure via a tube to your float bowl vent, forcing fuel up through the main je...

Has anyhone ran the Boondocker kit on a bike?
Ran tons of them on sleds. They work by pressure (adjustable) sent to the float bowl to supply the fuel needed.

Greetings

Hola folks! My name is Lynn, I live in Western Washington state. I am a two-stroke addict. My leaf blower is ported. Is there any hope? Dr Mike at the Teem Trubble hospital recommended a AF conversion. I hope it will help.
Thank you and take care.
