I got mine from the normal auction site most of us use. I just searched "silicone hose 90 deg elbow" and got the 19mm one with 150mm long legs as the fab'ed elbow in the head was made to suit the CRF250 left radiator top port (I think std 500 is 16mm), the rest of my hose is a blue ...
