Patience young grasshopper! :D

I believe in this photo the hinges were tack welded (on the back side) and I welded them in after and powder coated the finished plate.

Gen 2 (2000-2001) CR250 ignitions make for the cleanest swap with the least amount of modifications needed to the existing wiring harness.

1 mm is about 1/32" of an inch. Pertaining to a swing arm bushing - Nothing to loose sleep over. :clink:

4 & 6 mm spaces is correct for the Gen 1. If your looking at the Gen 3 125 spacers they are 54 & 59 mm. Believe Gen 1 and 2 bushings are the same which should measure out at 49mm on both sides, but verify this one your bike and replace your bushing length with the red below. 49mm + 4mm = 53m...
