I also have a stuffed water pump and rh case, from an 89, can i use newer rh cases on this engine? as the 89 case is 400+ and the 90 case is 230+ from a dealer

what year did the rear engine mount bolt hole change, i have an 89 engine lined up for a gen 4 conversion, will i need to bore it out ?

hello fellow hoons, ive just picked up an 04 crf250 to begin my 500af project, just a few questions, is 6061 the only alloy to use in the rails? also does anyone in aus or nz have any gen 4 engine mount/ head stay kits for sale? any help would be appreciated.
