This guy on our crew I knew was full of shit the first time I talked to him on the phone and I voiced it. The team was not put together by me and I think they thought I was just being a dick and had my ego stepped on. I like to think I'm not an egomaniac but you never know how you are viewed by othe...

I could go on and on about all the F-ing drama. Bottom line we had a guy who overstated his skills. we had a bunch of guys who sucked. I can deal with the guys who suck...all good. The guy who overstated his skills cost us the whole deal in so many ways I would have to write a novel to cover it all....

I kind of get it because it's so long between moto's but it still messes me up. We went to Hangtown so I recorded it so I could watch the whole race, I forgot about the stupid channel change so I only got the first moto. When your at the race they race the chicks between after the 450/250 and then d...

1992 CR500 Motor complete $900

I have a complete 500 motor that was a runner I pulled. I don't have it all apart so I don't know what bore and I really have not tried to figure out condition as I always just throw a new top at them so I know where I am at. Bottom end shifted smooth and felt tight. I have a carb and electrical I c...

Baja 500 in 3 weeks

Got talked into riding the baja 500. We are riding my 650r registered as Stuart Gordon #290X. He is an old dude (like 62) and it's a bucket list item. I think him and a couple buddies watched Dust to Glory a few too many times. They have resonable expectations and we are all of the mindset if we fin...

Thats pretty cool. My buddy has one of those KTM adventure deals and they weigh about as much as a Harley, no kickstarter, and it would be hell to push....never thought of that.

On the 500 I have like 10 of them because I still ride a Steely and people will pretty much give you parts so I still run stockers. I do have a tusk wave on the front right now (also given) and it works good...can't tell the difference but it works good. If I were to buy one I would probably buy a T...

Think he is talking about the 10,000 rpm rev, temp claims, and lean jetting....doesn't know about your ignition and roosty mods or your temp gauge, and lean is mean. You may not like what 2 stroke has to say or maybe the way he says it but I have not seen him present things as a guy totally full of ...

Ridden the CR500 with a hydro...same thing, no feel. Call it what you want but the cable is pinky pull all day without stalling. Hydro is pinky pull all day with no feel and stalling all the time. maybe my gorilla paw can not dicern the minimal difference in feel with the hydro but I hate them. If i...

Or a new cable....hate the Hydro's. Rode a 2013 KTM 350 for about 5 hours and still hate the hydro's for what I can only describe as lack of feel.

Man let me know next time you head that way, I know the place pretty well and have a few buddies that ride that place out of their house...well I actually ride it out of my house too but it requires a fuel stop on the 500. Pretty fun place to ride.

I had my green truck in the middle of the swap when the power steering went out on my travelall. The part that broke was unobtainium and I didn't want to look around for it forever and had the crown vic frontend. I thought it would only take a couple days so I put it in front of my green truck.........

They need to lay flat and seal. Don't know about the V force I run stockers, they last a long time and work well for me, I bend the stays as wide as I can get them and still fit into the cylinder.
