i had to put a 8mm slot in the headstay so can have the bolt in the head first and then slide the headstay over it as you connot get a drill bit in there does the job

it fitted with little bit of modding but the angle is wrong so im making another boot with a 99 cr 250 one and a airbox panel should look a little better.
