its time to clear the garage, i need to get ride of my steel frame, its preaty much a rolling chassis, i took the motor out for my AF conversion. has a works connection skid plate and frame guards, though one of them has devoluped a crack and has been welded up. post up or email what you are looking...

i have the CR high on my AF, its all i have ever used. i will probably be buying a woods Hi for my next set, they are 30.5" already and thats what i cut the CR highs to. i have thought about the pastrana FMX bar, its alot taller than the KX high, already at 30.5" and pretty straight also.

4043 is better for mig using the standard feeder, but you need to use a plastic liner if you use the standard feeder. plus it won't contaminate the wire. straight argon or argon/helium mix is what you need, an argon/co2 mix won't work. one thing you need to do with the standard feeder, is change out...

97 was the first year for the twin cartridge on the cr250. the best way to go is with 97 or newer 250 forks. the 500s didn't change when the 125s and 250s did. i believe the forks from 89-on will fit, but the twin cartridge are WAY better. you can use a wheel/axle from a 95-on and i think the calipe...

the way i would do it is put it all together, with what you have. measure how far is has to move over, figure out how long the bushings need to be and find a honda part that fits. you can find the lengths from the service honda parts lookup page. they are all listed from 2000-on, and every model use...

the gnarly pipe used to be called the burley. they still sell the fatty but not for the 500.

i have a cracked wiseco on my desk, looks almost like the big crack on yours. that piston had over 3 years on it when i took it out. right next to it i have the piston that replaced it, seized it in under 4 hours.

everything but the carb, i sold that already. so it has the CDI, shifter, and kick starter. another hundred bucks ill through in the head pipe and the stock muffler with a fairly new pro moto billet spark arrestor installed.
