Do pivot works have what I need? Or anyone else for that matter? Or have I broken the one piece on a Honda that can't be ordered?

I really hope that isn't so. Having to buy a case half instead of a 10$ bushing seems insane. Went down to my local Honda dealer and we ordered Ref# 5 in the Swingarm section. He said the schematics weren't always in the exact right place. The name, BUSH, PIVOT THRUST, and look of it seems as close ...

... He had put a lot of hard work and cut the Y out, removed the weld and left over drop tube in the Y and finally cut the drop tube to the proper height. https://bannedcr500riders.com/images/auto/d2c701960412e1e21d8c9911ab3fe2ae.jpg Hey Brian. I recently found a crack in my cast piston and I have ordered a Wiseco but they didn't have one in 89,25 mm so now I need to bore the cylinder as well. Then I thought I might port it when I need to do this much anyway so now I've bought lots of rotary tool accessories and also a pneumatic rotary gri...

Well... how did it go??? Really curious! Maybe hard to compare performance after you had such a long break from riding? I've started to overhaul my own '99 CR5 and I'm porting it a bit myself before having it bored. Work in progress. Far from done https://bannedcr500riders.com/images/auto/c10455ae3d...

Shoulder alright yet? Why are there indentations above the exhaust ports? I have the same in my cylinder and got a bit concerned at first but it seems I'm not the only one who has them... If you've ridden it properly; what kind of characteristics did you get from the port job? More midrange, top end...

The sun was actually warming us but not melting the ice into slush, all our friends that wanted got to try the 500, the missus brought the kids and made some hot dogs over an open fire. This day I didn't flip my bike (but got a p...

Haha. I'll take that as a compliment. I was four years old when I went to the States for the first time and now it's a total of six. My last visit was the Daytona Bike Week a year ago. On top of that my mom lives with an american (here in Sweden) so I've got the language down by now :) There is a he...

What plastic kit fits my '99 CR500 best?
As the topic says, what year/model plastic fits the CR500 '99 the best if I want a newer look?
